Welcome to Villa Cala Royal! We are Ute and Steve Coles. Having lived in England, Ireland, Hong Kong, and Germany (where we founded and have been running a successful business for the last 25 years) we have been lucky enough to explore much of the world. When we first visited Istria in 2022, we instantly knew it was somewhere truly special.
We set out to create a peaceful Mediterranean haven where guests can truly unwind with Istria’s breathtaking coastlines, rich history, and incredible food, and our goal is simple: to make sure you enjoy this special region just as much as we do.
